Detailed Eligibility Requirements

Academic Requirements

  • Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a recognized university in Pakistan
  • Academic Standing: Minimum CGPA of 2.5/4.0 or equivalent
  • Academic Year: Preferably in 2nd or 3rd year of studies (allows completion after return)
  • Attendance Record: Good attendance and no disciplinary issues
  • Field of Study: All academic disciplines welcome (special consideration for STEM, social sciences, business)

Personal Requirements

  • Citizenship: Pakistani citizen with valid CNIC (or B-form if under 18)
  • Gender: Female (program specifically designed for women's empowerment)
  • Age Range: Between 18-25 years at application deadline
  • Residence: Currently residing in Pakistan
  • Commitment: Available for entire program duration (including pre-departure and post-program activities)

Language Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • Communication Skills: Able to participate in discussions, presentations, and group activities in English
  • No Official Test Required: TOEFL/IELTS not mandatory, but English ability assessed during interview
  • Academic English: Should understand academic lectures and complete written assignments in English

  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrated interest in leadership through extracurricular activities, volunteering, or community work
  • Women's Empowerment: Clear commitment to advancing women's rights and gender equality
  • Community Service: Evidence of social responsibility and desire to contribute to community

Selection Process

Meeting all eligibility criteria does not guarantee selection. The program is highly competitive with a multi-stage selection process including application review, written assessment, and interviews.
