How to Apply
Follow these steps to join the Sister2Sister Program
Review Eligibility
Check the eligibility criteria to ensure you meet the program requirements. This includes educational background, age requirements, and commitment to program goals.
Prepare Documents
Gather required documents including educational certificates, identification, recommendation letters, and personal statement explaining your motivation.
Submit Application
Complete the online application form with accurate information. Ensure all sections are filled correctly and all documents are attached.
Initial Screening
Applications undergo initial review to verify eligibility and completeness. Qualified candidates will be notified via email within 2-3 weeks.
Written Assessment
Shortlisted candidates complete a written assessment testing language skills, analytical thinking, and understanding of program objectives.
Interview Stage
Successful candidates from the written assessment are invited for in-person or virtual interviews with program committee members.
Final Selection
The selection committee reviews all assessments and interviews. Final candidates are selected based on merit, potential, and program fit.
Notification & Onboarding
Selected candidates receive official acceptance letters and begin the onboarding process including orientation and program preparation.
Eligibility Requirements
Educational Background
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have completed undergraduate studies at a recognized institution. Strong academic record preferred.
Age Requirement
Candidates should typically be between 18-30 years of age at the time of application. Exceptions may be considered for exceptional candidates.
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required for effective participation in program activities and international exchanges.
Commitment to Goals
Demonstrated interest in personal development, professional growth, and contributing to women's empowerment initiatives.
Availability
Ability to commit to program duration including training sessions, workshops, and potential exchange opportunities.
