Application Process Overview
The Sister2Sister application process consists of several stages:
Online Application
Complete the comprehensive online application form with personal information, academic records, and essays
Time: 2-3 hoursDocument Submission
Upload required documents including academic transcripts, recommendation letters, and identification
Deadline: With applicationInitial Screening
Applications reviewed for completeness and eligibility. Qualified candidates notified for next stage
Timeline: January - FebruaryWritten Test
English proficiency and general knowledge assessment at designated test centers
Timeline: February - MarchInterview
Semi-finalists invited for in-person or virtual interviews with selection committee
Timeline: March - AprilFinal Selection
Finalists announced and invited to orientation. Pre-departure preparations begin

Please prepare the following before starting your application:
Personal Documents
- Valid CNIC or B-Form number
- Recent passport-sized photograph (digital)
- Date and place of birth
- Current residential address with contact details
- Parent/guardian information and contact details
Academic Documents
- Official academic transcripts (last 2 years)
- Current school name and address
- Current grade/class enrollment
- Academic honors or awards (if any)
Essays & Written Materials
- Personal statement (why you want to participate)
- Leadership experience essay
- Community service description
- Future goals and aspirations
Recommendations
- One teacher recommendation letter
- One principal/headmaster recommendation
- One community leader recommendation (optional but recommended)
Extracurricular Activities
- List of school clubs and organizations
- Sports participation and achievements
- Community service and volunteer work
- Arts, music, or cultural activities
- Leadership positions held
English Proficiency
- Self-assessment of English skills
- English language study details
- Any English proficiency certificates (optional)
Application Tips for Success
